For the couple of years leading up to Catalyst, I was spending valubale time, energy, and money building a career that unbeknownst to me at the time was a career that simply was not me.

After repeatedly failing to surrender to such a life, I had reached a point where I knew I had to cultivate change but I wasn't quite sure how. After my Catalyst experience, I felt as if I had unlocked a true potential that was once foreign to me.

It was through this Catalyst program I came to understand the importance of community, openmindness, self reflection and trust in my own abilities - all of which have contributed to a healthier more capable version of myself.

If I was to recommend this to anyone, it would be for those who are at a stage in their life where they feel change is needed, but they either lack the energy, resources or guidance that's required to do so.
