I started Another Way because I believe that everyone has a unique and powerful purpose for being here. Our true work, lies in discovering what our gifts are and bringing them to the world.

Meet Matt
Founder - Another Way, Trained Psychologist, Leadership Coach & Facilitator
Matt is a transformational facilitator, coach, and trained Psychologist who has worked with and spoken to over 25,000 men and women globally about how to grow and evolve into the best version of themselves. While he started out as a corporate change management consultant at PwC, Matt quickly shifted into the social impact space and spent 5 years as Head of Programs, Impact & Research at Australian men’s mental health charity, The Man Cave.
Matt has since guided and attended 30+ retreats around the world, including summiting Mt Kilimanjaro twice, trekking to Mount Everest Base Camp, completing an Ironman triathlon. Matt founded Another Way in 2023 with the aim of helping people find their true purpose and career through transformational experiences and coaching.
