Welcome to CATALYST, a transformational program for leaders ready to step out and blaze their own trail.

You’ve done the work. You’ve had years of life and work experience across aspects of self and the world that many people would only dream of. You know you are destined for great things, but you haven’t yet known how to mobilise it all - that’s why we’re here.

In this program, we’ll be gathering the kindling, the paper and the matches, and creating an offering that truly represents your gifts, experiences and spirit. Just like fire, you were never made to fit into a box, but you can learn how to channel your force so that it lights up, inspires and warms others (rather than burning them).

This Program

In this program, you will:

Truly meet yourself and your innate gifts, talents and skills
Understand how your life path has perfectly led you to this moment
Get clearly connected to your purpose and what you want to create
Be equipped with the tools (inner and outer) to stand in your embodied offering
Create an embodied service offering and launch it to the world
Work in a group alongside other leaders who are doing the same
Work directly with Matt to craft your offering and expand in your own leadership along the journey

Matt Defina

Matt Defina doesn’t do things in halves. Matt has blazed many trails in his 32 years so far, and doesn’t plan on slowing down. He has summited Mt Kilimanjaro, trekked to Mt Everest Base camp, completed an Ironman Triathlon, Scuba Dived with Sharks and Whales, completed a 10-day silent meditation retreat, competed at a National level in field hockey, water polo and skiing, sat with Plant Medicine and has led over 25+ transformational retreats around the world.

A qualified Psychologist, Matt left a career in the Big 4 Corporate Consulting industry to pursue greater social impact. He spent 5 years as a senior leader at The Man Cave, pioneering a cutting edge healthy masculinity program for teenage boys, which impacted over 50,000 young men in his time there.

In 2023, Matt finally left the safety of employment, to start Another Way, with the intention to ignite the fire in leaders and to equip them with the tools to step into true embodied leadership. Matt is not one to shy away from a challenge and is wholly committed to realising his full potential during his time here.
